Pastor Cory Jackson (Senior Pastor)& Pastor Dana Jackson(Executive Pastor and founder of Woman Be Inspired.com) have been married and serving in ministry for over 30 years. They served in the New York tri-state area as ministers and elders in their local church. In 2017 the Lord shifted their direction to relocate to Lynchburg, Virginia, to begin a ministry.

They relocated their family and began having Bible study in their home. While conducting these Bible studies, it became apparent the Lord was leading them to open a church, thus birthing The Sound of Deliverance Ministries International. After acknowledging the divine call to pastor, in November 2018, Cory & Dana were officially ordained as such.
